They offer plans for every need (single-member LLCs in New Mexico and multi-member LLCs in several states) and they also take care of opening a business bank account for you with Mercury or Relay. They also handle the registered agent, tax filings and more.
Although the service can sometimes be a bit slow, I believe Firmaway offers the best customer service in LATAM. There is always a human to answer your questions within a reasonable time, and that is very valuable when opening your LLC.

Also, in some cases, the customer service can be so informal and fast that it may even come across as "disrespectful". That said, these are very isolated and unlikely cases.
Finally, when I opened my single-member LLC with Firmaway, I was told the process would take 7 business days and it ended up taking 30 days.
They also tend to renew all their registered agents at the same time. So if you open your LLC in November, they will charge you the $200 registered agent fee before 12 months have passed.
